Bonding with colleagues

It has been a long time since I last went clubbing. I do not enjoy drinking therefore I usually turn down any drinking invitation. Last Monday, I made an exception because it was two of my colleagues' birthday.

I brought along my Canon 5DMKII camera with a 50mmf1.4 lens but I forgotten to bring my flash. The pub is very dim therefore I have to set my ISO to 6400 in order to get hand-holdable shutter speed. The autofocus is very bad under the dimly lit condition so occasionally I have to switch to manual focus to get sharp pictures. I also used the live view on the camera for the low angle shots.

As I'm a terrible drinker, I preferred to capture my colleagues enjoying themselves. There are more interesting pictures but it is not very nice for me to post on my blog. Here are some usable shots from the party, enjoy!
