This morning when I went for my morning walk, I packed my camera backpack with a Nikon D300, a 75-300mm lens, a SB800 flash and a flash tele-extender. I was hoping to take some pictures of birds. I only managed to catch a couple of birds but the images were too far, too small or back lighted (in silhouette).
As I was reaching the end of the trail, I caught sight of a big spider web with a big spider hanging between two branches. I ended up spending half an hour snapping away at the spider until my neck sore from looking upward. I also managed to capture some butterfly and dragon fly in the process.
