The eagle strike with such precision and swiftness! I took these series of photos at Marina Bay.

My Elusive Dream Come True
A colleague informed me that Milo was giving out miniature Milo Truck with Milo purchase. I went hunting high and low but I could not find any Milo Truck! Then last Sunday my uncle told me he bought two packages of Milo 3-in-1 that came with a Milo Truck from Giant. I was determined to go to Giant in Vivo City to take a look but it is really out of the way for me.
On Tuesday evening, while doing grocery shopping at AMK HUB NTUC Fair Price I finally came across the first Milo Truck! I bought the two packages of 3-in-1 without much consideration of the $11.50 price tag. When I reached home and opened up the package I realized I only have one of the four trucks! I quickly access the Milo Singapore website as indicated on the box for more information on where are the convenient locations for me to locate the other 3 trucks.
I tracked down the 1950s truck in People’s Park Complex ($13.20), the 1970s Truck in Shop n Save near my house ($15.90) and the final Today Truck in Carrefour Plaza Singapura ($11.20). I’m so happy that I managed to collect all four trucks despite the promotion period had already ended on 31st May 2012.
My philosophy in life has always been “Never give up unless you have tried your best!” Even though I know that it is an elusive dream to track down all four trucks after the promotion period has ended but still I persisted to chase that dream and finally I got all the trucks I wanted.
Now the downside of chasing the elusive dream is I ended up spending $50 plus for four plastic trucks and so many packages of Milo that I could start up a Milo drink stall!

Hello Mr. Bayer
My oh my, how time flies! It was close to two years since I met Mr. Bayer in Germany around May 2010. I'm glad to see Mr. Bayer again here in Singapore! Although it was a short meeting, for a dinner of Seafood at East Coast Park, its like a re-union dinner for all of us! We exchanged gifts and enjoyed the dishes Jackie ordered.
I hope you have a wonderful time here in Singapore and in Bali, Mr. Bayer. I hope we will be able to catch up again someday. You have a wonderful flight home on Wednesday.
